JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Job Title: Heat Pump Engineer 
• Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary

About the role:

As a Heat Pump Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering energy-efficient heating solutions to domestic and commercial customers. Working on both new installations and existing systems, you'll play a key role in helping clients reduce their carbon footprint while ensuring every heat pump operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install air source and ground source heat pump systems 
• Service, maintain and repair heat pump installations 
• Diagnose and rectify faults 
• Commission new heating systems 
• Carry out routine inspections and performance checks 
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and manufacturer guidelines 
• Complete service reports and installation documentation

What we’re looking for:

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience installing or maintaining heat pump systems 
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent 
• Experience with air source and/or ground source heat pumps 
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Relevant renewable energy qualifications are advantageous 
• Full UK Driving Licence

As a Solar PV Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring commercial solar installations operate at peak performance. From commissioning new systems to diagnosing faults and carrying out preventative maintenance, you'll help deliver reliable renewable energy solutions for businesses across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install, inspect and maintain commercial solar PV systems 
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 
• Diagnose and repair electrical and system faults 
• Test and commission new solar installations 
• Perform system performance checks and inspections 
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards 
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation

What we’re looking for:

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience working with commercial solar PV systems 
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 
• Testing and Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable 
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Full UK Driving Licence

About the role:

From initial planning through to final commissioning, you'll oversee the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across the UK. Working alongside installation teams, contractors and clients, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate renewable energy installation projects 
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources 
• Support site teams during installation and commissioning 
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
