About the role:
As a Caravan Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance, and repair duties on caravans and motorhomes, including:
- Gas testing and boiler servicing
- Habitation and gas safety checks
- Electrical work and fault finding
- Caravan and motorhome repairs
- Workshop-based work at the dealership site
What we're looking for:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience within the caravan, motorhome, or related industries. An ACOPS qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Candidates with backgrounds in the following areas will also be considered:
- Caravans or motorhomes
- Marine or boat repairs
- Carpentry or joinery

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of technicians
- Ensuring high-quality standards across all maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Maintaining health & safety standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Managing workshop stock levels, tools, and resources
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff and customers
- Liaising with the sales and service departments to coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

- Previous experience within a workshop management or senior technician position
