About the role:

Key responsibilities:

- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Completing maintenance records and reports
- Providing excellent customer service on client sites
What we're looking for:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience within Building Services or Facilities Maintenance
- Good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Relevant engineering qualifications are desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
