About the role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment a vehicle arrives. Working closely with the workshop team, you'll coordinate bookings, provide regular updates and ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation
- Managing workshop schedules and appointments
- Advising customers on any additional work required
- Handling customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records using the dealership management system
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred
